About Me

FullSizeRender-2.jpg

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 30 years of combined experience in the fields of mental health and community service.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences, supporting growth and change at a pace that feels right for you. Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space is central to my work, guided by a trauma-informed and person-centred approach. A range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), are used to gently explore and address the connections between past experiences and present-day challenges.

I am a registered member of the Australian Association for Social Workers (AASW).
